Being the pioneer eye care hospital in Bangalore, we have revolutionized vision care because of our state-of-the-art facilities, experienced specialists, and a patient-centric approach; thus establishing the highest standards of treatment and satisfaction in every patient.

This stand-alone, hi-tech center spans 15,000 sq. ft., exclusively designed for comprehensive ophthalmic services. Our eye hospital is located at Malleswaram which is well connected to neighboring suburbs.

Dr. Solanki Eye Hospital is the second eye hospital in South India accredited with NABH Eye Care Standards. It prioritizes patient-friendly care, easy access to quality treatment, and excellence in all aspects of eye care.

Cornea

The cornea is the transparent front part of the eye, crucial for focusing light and maintaining vision clarity. Various corneal diseases can lead to discomfort and visual impairment. Ophthalmic corneal diseases affect the cornea, the transparent front part of the eye that covers the iris and pupil

CATARACT

A cataract occurs when the eye’s natural lens becomes cloudy, causing blurred vision, faded colors, frequent prescription changes, and light sensitivity like glare or dazzle, making daily activities increasingly challenging.

Paediatric Ophthalmology& Squint

Ensuring proper eye health and care for children is vital for their overall development and well-being. Parents and caretakers should prioritize regular eye check-ups and encourage healthy vision habits from an early age. Squint, or strabismus, is a condition where the eyes do not align properly.

VITREO RETINA AND DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

Our eye functions like a camera, with the objects we see focused on the retina, similar to the film in a camera. In diabetic patients, the lack of proper blood supply affects the retina, which in turn damages the blood vessels, leading to decreased vision.

GLAUCOMA

Glaucoma is a disease that damages the eye's optic nerve. In a healthy eye, a clear fluid called aqueous humor circulates inside the front portion of the eye. To maintain a constant, healthy eye pressure, the eye continually produces a small amount of aqueous humor while an equal amount of this fluid flows out of the eye.

OCULOPLASTY

Oculoplasty is corrective and reconstructive surgery around the eye, addressing eyelid abnormalities such as ectropion (outward turning eyelid) and ptosis (drooping eyelid). It also includes cosmetic procedures for eye area enhancement.

Optometry

Contact lenses provide clearer vision, a wider field of view, and greater convenience compared to traditional glasses. They come in various types, including soft lenses, rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses, toric lenses for astigmatism, and multifocal lenses for presbyopia.

LASIK

LASIK provides freedom from glasses and contact lenses, fast visual recovery, no pain, and no bandages. It carries a minimal infection risk, and most patients resume normal activities within a few days.

Retina

The retina is a thin, light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye that converts light into signals for the brain, essential for clear vision and eye function. Its health is vital for sight.

ICL for High Myopia

ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens) is a procedure that corrects high myopia by implanting a specialized lens inside the eye, providing a permanent solution for those unsuitable for LASIK due to thin corneas or high prescriptions.

Bladeless LASIK Treatment

Bladeless LASIK is an advanced vision correction procedure using a femtosecond laser to create the corneal flap, eliminating the need for a blade. This enhances precision, safety, and overall treatment outcomes.
