Commit 6 days a week to postings with ophthalmologists, focusing on independent patient care and hands-on learning.
Participate in teaching sessions, department meetings, and optometry grand rounds to strengthen the clinical knowledge.
Dedicate 4 days per month to vision screening programs and assist in school screening camps, including documentation.
Be available for Sunday emergency care and night duties as per the hospital roster.
Work closely with an assigned advisor/mentor who provides ongoing support, advocacy, and career guidance.
Assist the camp team with planning, execution, and completion of required paperwork for screenings and patient care.
